Designed for those with limited mobility to increase strength, balance and peace of mind. All props available including chairs, blocks, cushions and blankets.
Designed to be easy on joints and accessible to those needing a slower pace. This class is open to all with limited mobility or compromised physical needs. Also a great place to start if you are a beginner.
Combines warm-ups, gentle and restorative postures, yogic breathing, and guided deep relaxation to reduce stress and increase movement and vitality. Good for all levels & abilities. 
Wake up the body with this bright, flowing class. Energize and stretch out for ease of movement in your day ahead. 
This Tai Chi for Good Health class will be open to all levels, but will be geared toward beginners at first - no Tai Chi experience is necessary to join the class. Classes will take place on Tuesdays at 10:30am.
 
Tai Chi for Good Health teaches basic Tai Chi movement and leads students through learning the 24 posture form. This class is suitable for all ages and is focused on exercises that will bring about the physical and mental health benefits of Tai Chi practice.

Pricing: $20/class to drop in ($15 for age 65+)

This Yoga Basics class will be good for beginners as well as anyone looking to review the basics of your yoga practice. When we take time to break down poses and transitions we often find new perspective and enlightenment. Practice proper alignment in a relaxed, non-competitive setting. This class will help you learn yogic fundamentals and develop a solid yoga foundation.
This yoga class looks to add strength building using light weights. Yoga Tone will increase your body strength and muscle tone while building yoga poses.
